If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items (e.g., used candles, custom pieces, gift cards) may be final sale.

If you post reviews or submit content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business. Don’t post anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
11. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to access non‑public systems, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or upload malware). Don’t infringe third‑party rights.

17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WON’T BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
19. Dispute resolution; venue (California)
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You and Untitled Square consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept any changes.
