Hand-sculpted figures rise from the elongated ceramic body, each distinguished by an individual expression, orientation and character. Muted reds, warm ochres, earthy creams and subtle blue-gray tones bring warmth and variation to the surface, while the naturally irregular finish preserves the unmistakable character of a handmade work.
There is something wonderfully human about the piece. Each figure appears absorbed in a different thought, yet all remain permanently connected. Together they create a sculptural composition that changes as you move around it, revealing new expressions and relationships from every angle.
